Xiaoyang Xie

Xiaoyang (Tony) Xie is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in industrial buyouts and private equity. Currently employed at Hillhouse Investment since November 2024, Xie previously worked at CITIC Capital, where responsibilities included industrial and TMT buyouts. Earlier roles spanned consulting at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on growth strategies and conducting commercial due diligence, as well as internships in private equity and investment banking. Xie's academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Peking University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, complemented by an exchange program at NYU Stern School of Business. Leadership experience includes serving as Co-President for the Forum for American-Chinese Exchange at Stanford.
