Yi Wang

Yi Wang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Hillhouse Capital Management since May 2018, Yi Wang also holds the position of Associate Director at the Skyfield Group, a vet clinic platform by Hillhouse. Previously, Yi Wang worked at the National Basketball Association as Senior Manager of Corporate Development and Strategy Manager from February 2017 to May 2018. Prior roles include Senior Strategy Analyst at Baidu, Inc., where responsibilities included developing market insights and commercialization plans, and Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, focusing on organic and inorganic strategies for clients in China and the APAC market. Yi Wang began a career in finance as a Student Accountant at the University of Rochester while earning a B.A. in Financial Economics and Statistics from the same institution. Additional internships include positions with Deloitte, Bank of China International, and Societe Generale.
