Zac Delap

Zac DeLap is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate transactions at Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. since March 2020. Prior to this role, Zac served as Senior Claims Counsel at Fidelity National Title, where responsibilities included analyzing legal documents and managing litigation in real estate matters. In addition to the legal profession, Zac is an accomplished culinarian and winner of NBC's Food Fighters, with a background in culinary arts and competitive cooking, including participation in the 2019 World Food Championships. Zac holds a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law, as well as a Master's Degree in International Relations and Human Rights from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in Political Science from Pepperdine University.
