Laurie McKenna is a seasoned training and development specialist with extensive experience in creating comprehensive onboarding procedures and E-learning solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Training Development Specialist at The Hillman Group since October 2016, Laurie utilizes tools such as iSpring, Storyline, and Adobe Premier to enhance learning experiences and deliver live training courses. Prior experience includes serving as a Training and Development Specialist at IBM, where Laurie revamped customer service training into a more engaging virtual format. Laurie's career began at SPSS, where significant contributions included delivering training for multiple software products and managing a technical support team. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
