Prateek Lodha

Prateek Lodha is a financial expert with extensive experience in advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-founder and Director at Hillpine Consulting since May 2023, Prateek has previously held key positions at KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft as Associate Director from September 2021 to May 2023, and as Manager at KPMG UK from June 2016 to September 2021. During a tenure with KPMG from April 2012 to May 2016 as Assistant Manager, Prateek engaged in financial due diligence, purchase price allocation, impairment assessments, and fair value determinations for a range of investments.
