Dexter Corbin has extensive experience in the field of IT project management. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Symantec, where they managed multiple projects and maintained communication with Fortune 1000 customers. In 2007, they joined Worldpay as a Software Project Manager, responsible for obtaining and recording requirements for projects and tracking their progress. At Lendlease, they served as a Global Infrastructure IT Project Manager, overseeing Oracle and Java implementations and designing the Global Data Center engagement process. Dexter then joined Tata Consultancy Services - PWC, where they managed multiple global Infrastructure projects, and later moved to Franklin Templeton Investments as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, managing global projects with 9,400 users. Currently, they work at the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) as the Director of Technology and Innovation.

Dexter Corbin completed their Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from El Camino College between 1997 and 1999. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management with a specialization in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University - Westminster from 1999 to 2001.
