James Sackor

James Sackor currently serves as the Director of Paratransit Operations at Hillsborough Transit Authority (HART) since January 2025. Prior to this role, James held positions in various leadership capacities, including General Manager at MV Transportation from July 2023 to April 2025, and General Manager at First Transit from August 2015 to September 2023. Earlier in the career, James was General Manager at Ride Right, LLC, and progressed through roles such as Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager at First Transit. Additionally, James worked as Special Projects Manager and General Manager at MV Transportation before transitioning to administrative roles. James has foundational education from Tuskegee University in 1996-1997.
