Ronald W. Giroux is an experienced Project Manager currently overseeing transit projects at the Hillsborough Transit Authority (HART) since October 2018. Prior to this role, Ronald served in various capacities within the US Army from December 2009 to May 2018, including Operations and Training Project Manager, Resources Project Manager/Budget Action Officer, and Production Control Manager. Ronald holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from American Military University and has earned a PMP Certification from PMI Institute as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute. Additionally, Ronald possesses an FAA Airframe & Powerplant License and completed the Senior Enlisted Military advising course at the United States Army Sergeant's Major Academy.
