Rick Mantz

Rick Mantz currently serves as a Property Code Enforcer for Hillsborough Township NJ, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Rick was the Director of High School Relations for Rutgers University Football from January 2016 to June 2020. Rick's educational background includes a degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, completed between 1981 and 1985, and further studies at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education from 1988 to 1992.
