Michelle Ladcani

Michelle Ladcani has extensive experience in educational support and client services, currently serving as a Teaching Assistant and Substitute Teacher at St. Timothy Catholic School since November 2020 and as a Paraeducator with the Hillsborough City School District since February 2020. In these roles, Michelle assists with the implementation of individual student assignments and provides academic support to students across various subjects and grade levels, including special needs and mainstream students. Previously, Michelle held positions at the County of San Mateo, including Client Services Supervisor, where oversight of Service Desk staff was a key responsibility, and Senior IT Analyst, focusing on application support and inter-departmental coordination. Michelle holds a degree from California State University, Chico and completed education at Notre Dame High School.
