Paul Hatty

Paul Hatty serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Hillsdale College since October 2025. Previously, Paul held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CXtec from April 2024 to October 2025. Prior to that role, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer at ShelterLogic from November 2019 to April 2024. Additionally, Paul contributed as a member of the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities from April 2017 to January 2020. Paul has extensive experience in financial leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer roles at Byrne Dairy (2016-2019) and Multi Packaging Solutions (2013-2016), as well as managing finance for Carrier Corporation across various divisions. Paul earned an MBA in Management from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business and a BA in Accounting and French from Hillsdale College.
