Jill Knittel

Jill Knittel is the current Vice Chair at Hillside Family of Agencies. Jill has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Jill has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Jill started their career at Employee Relations Associates where they were the COO for six years. In this role, they were responsible for the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the organization had the proper people, processes, and culture in place to realize its strategic goals and ensure financial growth and financial strength. Jill supervised a team of 15 professionals and oversaw operations for all service offerings including: national contract staffing, executive & professional search, career transition, leadership development and human resource consulting. Jill then became the President of ER Select, a company they established in 2011 that focuses exclusively on customized recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) engagements for companies located throughout the US. In this role, they worked closely with trusted organizational partners to develop and create recruiting structures and processes to streamline effective and efficient hiring processes. Jill then transitioned to Sage Rutty & Co., Inc where they became the Vice President and Financial Advisor. In this role, they provided advice and guidance to clients on their financial needs and investment strategies. Jill is currently the Vice Chair at Hillside Family of Agencies where they provide oversight to the agency’s finances and investments.

Jill Knittel's educational career consists of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from St. John Fisher University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from St. John Fisher University. Jill is also certified by the American Staffing Association as a Certified Staffing Professional, and by TTI Success Insights as both a Certified Professional 12 Driving Forces Certified and a Certified Professional DISC Certified.
