Ali Weatherby

Ali Weatherby has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Hilltop Community Resources since March 2020, where responsibilities include providing HR support for over 200 employees, leading the Learning & Development program, and developing performance management initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Generalist at STARTEK, where support was given to over 600 employees, and Human Resources Coordinator at Lowe's Companies, Inc., managing payroll and employee records for more than 180 employees. Early career positions involved training and administrative support at Cabela's and Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Colorado Mesa University, along with an Associate degree in Office Administration. Noteworthy achievements include receiving the Extended Leader Award in November 2022 at Hilltop Community Resources.
