Nicolle Pineda

Nicolle Pineda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, sales coordination, and policy communication. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Specialist at Hilltop Community Resources since February 2018, Nicolle oversees various learning initiatives and manages all aspects of eLearning, content development, and curriculum delivery. Previous roles include Life Enrichment Director at Hilltop, where Nicolle led a 15-person team responsible for wellness and volunteer programs in senior living communities, as well as Sales Coordinator at Holiday Inn and Suites, where strategic sales planning was a primary focus.
