Don Foley

Don Foley is the current Chief Operational Risk & Compliance Officer at Hilltop Holdings. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President BSA/Compliance Officer at PlainsCapital Bank from June 2009 to April 2015. In this role, they were responsible for a group of twenty individuals with the goal of developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank's Consumer Compliance and BSA Program. Don also advised the Board of Directors and Bank personnel of emerging compliance issues and consulted and guided the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.
