Rachel Levine is a seasoned political consultant and campaign manager with extensive experience in strategic campaign management and fundraising. Since January 2013, Rachel Levine has served as a partner and consultant at Hilltop Public Solutions. Previously, Rachel Levine managed successful campaigns for notable political figures, including serving as the campaign manager for Brian Frosh's Attorney General campaign, which earned the Washington Post endorsement. Additionally, Rachel Levine was the campaign manager and finance director for Chris Koster's re-election campaign in Missouri, achieving a victory margin of over 15% and setting a state record for fundraising.
