Aaron D. Schmanski has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, spanning over 30 years. Aaron D. is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Fixed Income Institutional Sales at Hilltop Securities Inc., where they focus on creating and distributing fixed income securities tailored to the needs of their clients. In this role, Aaron collaborates with the Hilltop Securities team to develop investment strategies and provide market insights to clients.

Prior to joining Hilltop Securities, Aaron served as a Vice President at First Business Bank, where they worked closely with clients on their Company Retirement Plans and Private Wealth needs. Aaron D. also held positions at Piper Jaffray, Northland Securities, BOSC, Inc, Sterne Agee, M&I Bank, and Baird, with roles ranging from Principal to Senior Vice President in the fixed income and institutional sales sectors.

Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated a strong commitment to client service, with a particular focus on community banks, trust companies, public entities, and wealth managers. Aaron D. brings a broad expertise and an extensive network to their work, consistently delivering value and protecting client assets.

Aaron D. Schmanski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the Lubar College of Business, which they attended from 1990 to 1994. Aaron D. later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a Strategic Emphasis from the same institution, from 1995 to 1997.
