Gary Garay currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Municipal Housing Banking at Hilltop Securities Inc. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Executive Director in Public Finance at UBS from September 2019 to March 2024. Gary’s experience in investment banking began in 2005 at UBS as an Associate in Public Finance, followed by a role as Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and then progressing to Vice President at J.P. Morgan from June 2009 to September 2019. Gary Garay earned a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida, completing studies there from 1998 to 2003.
