George Delarosa

George DeLaRosa has extensive experience working in application support roles. George started their career at PepsiCo in 1999 as a Support Center Team Lead, where they supervised a team of Call Center Analysts and focused on improving productivity and customer service. George then moved on to become an SAP/CRM Application Support Analyst at PepsiCo, where they provided reports and statistics on ticket counts and coordinated cross-module issues for timely resolution. In 2012, they joined Luxottica Retail as an Application Support Analyst for SAP, assisting in the implementation of SAP across manufacturing facilities. Currently, they are employed at Hilltop Securities Inc. as a Senior Application Support Analyst, providing support to internal employees, independent reps, external correspondents, and clients.
