Tom Parr

Tom Parr has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Tom began their career at Pershing in 1989 as an Assistant Vice President and stayed with the company for over a decade. Afterwards, they worked at BNY Clearing Services as a Vice President - Sales Manager. Tom then joined RBC Correspondent Services and RBC Advisor Services as a Sr. Vice President and worked there until 2015. Tom then became a National Sales Director at DST Market Services, LLC for a year. Tom then worked as the National Sales Director - Custody & Clearing at Raymond James for three years. In 2021, they joined Docupace Technologies as the Vice President - Enterprise Business Solutions, before moving to their current role as Senior Vice President, Head of Clearing Sales at Hilltop Securities Inc., where they continue to work.
