Nichelle Lacey

Nichelle Lacey has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry. Nichelle began their career as a Customer Sales Associate at Sears, Roebuck and Co. In 2006 and was quickly promoted to Floor Supervisor at the Foundation for the National Archives in 2009. In this role, Nichelle was responsible for assisting with daily opening and closing procedures, financial reconciliation, and authorizing voids and returns. Nichelle also maintained the shop through merchandise initiatives and stock replenishment. In 2010, Nichelle was recruited by Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens to serve as their Head of Retail Operations & Shop Experience. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail operation, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Nichelle Lacey's educational career began with their attending Strayer University-Maryland, where they studied business administration.
