Matt Hyman

Matt Hyman currently serves as Senior Vice President and South Central Market Leader at Hillwood Investment Properties since May 2024. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Vice President of Industrial Development at Ryan Companies US, Inc., where responsibilities included leading and expanding speculative and build-to-suit industrial developments across Texas' major markets. Matt's experience at Duke Realty Corporation spanned over a decade, progressing through various titles including Vice President of Leasing and Development. Earlier roles included sales at 360 Solutions and tour management for indie rock bands at Backward Nation. Matt began a career in the service industry as a short order cook and dishwasher at Swensen's Ice Cream. Educational background includes a BBA in Economics from Baylor University and graduation from Catalina Foothills High School.
