Candelario Jauregui

Candelario "CJ" Jauregui has over two decades of work experience in various roles related to human resources, systems and analytics. Candelario "CJ" started their career in 1996 at J.D. Edwards in a HR/payroll support role. Over the years, they have held positions at Ernst & Young, Allegiance Telecom, Telvista, Inc., Perot Systems Corp, Dell Services, and currently Hillwood, where they have served as the Director of HR Systems & Analytics since 2017. Their roles have included management, IT automation, business systems analysis, and systems integration specialist.

Candelario "CJ" Jauregui earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame from 1992 to 1996.
