Prior to Hillwood, Kayla worked at Duke Realty Corporation from July 2016 to May 2020, where roles included Development Services Manager and Development Services Engineer. Kayla began their career at Kimley-Horn as a Civil Analyst, EIT, and interned in land development. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, completed in 2013.
