Sarah Stephenson has a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Sarah started their career at Dean Foods as a Communications Intern in 2009 and then moved on to retail at Henri Bendel, where they worked their way up to Sales Lead Manager. Transitioning into recruiting, Sarah held roles at The Mergis Group and CBRE before moving to JLL as a Senior Recruiter. Following that, they worked at companies like Perot Investments, Perot Jain, SMU Cox School of Business, and currently, Hillwood, where they serve as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Throughout their career, Sarah has garnered experience in various aspects of talent acquisition, management, and business development.
Sarah Stephenson completed their high school education at Edina Senior High School from 2001 to 2005. Sarah went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at Southern Methodist University from 2005 to 2009.
