Zenas Lim

Zenas Lim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zenas currently works as a Product Manager at Hillyard, Inc. starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Research & Development - Coatings Specialist at the same company from February 2021 to January 2022.

Zenas also worked at SpecChem, LLC, where they served as the Director of Research and Development from June 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they led and directed the R&D laboratory, overseeing new product development and launch. Zenas also managed over 100 products in the product line, analyzing cost, profitability, and project viability. Prior to their time at SpecChem, LLC, Zenas worked as an R&D Chemist at NeverWet LLC from October 2011 to July 2015. Zenas'sresponsibilities included specialized research and development of superhydrophobic and superoleophobic coatings, as well as product testing, data collection, and improvement.

During their early career, Zenas gained experience outside the scientific field. Zenas worked as an International Ambassador at Hershey's Chocolate World Attraction from October 2011 to March 2012. In this role, they served as a translator between international customers and associates, aided conflict resolution, and promoted new products in Mandarin.

Zenas also worked as a Sushi & Hibachi Chef at Kokoro Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse from June 2009 to January 2011. Zenas was responsible for the preparation of food, as well as entertaining and interacting with customers.

Zenas' work experience also includes a research assistant position at the University of Kansas, where they collaborated with professors on protein-ligand interaction research from August 2010 to December 2010.

Zenas Lim completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from The University of Kansas in 2011. Zenas then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, which they completed in 2019.
