Mala Bansal

Mala Bansal is a Strategy & Growth Manager at Hilma since May 2023, previously serving as a consultant and progressing to senior associate and associate roles at EY-Parthenon from October 2020 to May 2023. Bansal contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Bass Connections from August 2018 to January 2020 and completed a summer associate role at EY-Parthenon in 2019. An internship at the National Human Genome Research Institute involved researching and analyzing the Golden State Killer case, drafting policy content, and writing briefs for leadership. Earlier research assistance at Duke Identity and Diversity Lab focused on participant recruitment for psychology studies.
