Marina Crocker

Marina Crocker has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Marina is currently a Senior Director of Product Category and Marketing at Hilmar since January 2022. Prior to that, Marina worked at Hilmar Ingredients as a Sales and Marketing Director from July 2020 to July 2023. Before joining Hilmar, they had a long tenure at Cargill, where they held several positions including Strategy Director, Market Insights and Analytics Director, Global Strategic Marketing Director for Poultry Nutrition, Strategic Marketing and Technology Director, Strategy Manager, Strategy Associate, and Associate Business Manager. Marina also gained experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Cargill, Inc. in 2010 and as a Director of Project Management and Project Manager at PEJA INTERNATIONAL BV from 2004 to 2008.

Marina Crocker pursued their education at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2009 to 2011. During this period of time, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy and Finance.
