Shaun Stoker has a comprehensive work experience in the field of process engineering and improvement. Shaun started their career at Hexcel Corporation as a Process Engineering Intern from June 2005 to September 2006. After that, Shaun joined Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc. as a Process Engineer in January 2008. During their time at Hilmar Cheese, they optimized the lactose production process and expanded their role to include the whey protein production processes. Shaun then progressed to the role of Senior Process Engineer from November 2012 to July 2015, where they led the Ingredients Process Engineering team and provided technical support to other departments. Shaun further advanced to the position of Technical Manager, Ingredients, from July 2015 to July 2017, where they were responsible for process technical support and strategic planning. Shaun then served as the Director of Process Engineering and Ingredients Technical Services from July 2017 to May 2019, and subsequently as the Director of Process Engineering and Improvement from May 2019 to January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Process Technology at Hilmar Cheese Company.
