Leland Alcosiba has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Leland began their career in 1999 as a Computer Systems Technician / Y2K Task Force Coordinator for the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara. In 2000, they moved to Coreon Inc as a Network Operations Center Engineer. Leland then returned to the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara in 2001 as a Computer Systems Technician before becoming an Information Technology Manager in 2002. In 2012, they took on the role of Information Technology Manager at Circlepoint. In 2016, they became the IT Help Desk Manager at Prometheus Real Estate Group, where they were responsible for technological service and support needs of 500+ employees located in 55 apartment complexes across California and the Pacific Northwest. In 2018, they moved to ARX Networks as an IT Manager. Currently, they are an IT Specialist IV at HILO Medical Center.
Leland Alcosiba obtained a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco. Leland also has an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert, which they obtained in May 2012.
