Farah El Mossati has extensive experience in customer service and leadership roles, currently serving as Team Leader Front Office at Hilti Belux since December 2017, after previously holding the position of CS Front Office Agent. Prior to this, Farah worked as a Group Sales Executive at NH Hotel Group from December 2015 to November 2017 and as a Trading Support Assistant at Maxeda DIY Group from December 2013 to October 2015. Farah's career began in 2013 with a role as Manager Customer Service at PROTÉINES GROUPE. Farah holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, specializing in French and English, from Arteveldehogeschool, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
