Raymond Ngai

Raymond Ngai has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics, currently serving as the Head of Transport and Warehouse for Hilti Asia Pacific since January 2019. Prior to this role, Raymond held various positions at L'Oréal Travel Retail Asia Pacific from June 2011 to December 2018, progressing from Assistant Customer Service Manager to Customer Care & Warehouse Manager and then Supply Chain Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Inventory Control Manager at City Super Limited and multiple logistics roles at P&G Hong Kong Limited, including Logistics Department Manager. Raymond began their career at Expeditors Inc., where positions included Operations Executive. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
