Saurabh Bansal

Saurabh Bansal has a diverse range of work experience. Saurabh is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Hilti India starting from July 2023. Before that, they were a member of the Academic Advisory Council at New Delhi Institute Of Management since August 2022. Saurabh also worked as the Lead HR Business Partner at DXC Technology from August 2022 to July 2023. Additionally, Saurabh served as the Head of Corporate HR at Ecom Express Private Limited from July 2020 to August 2022, where they also held the position of Head of Capability, Rewards & Culture from July 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Cairn Oil and Gas, where they held various roles such as HR Business Partner and Manager of Talent, Leadership Development, Engagement & Learning. Saurabh also gained experience as a Summer Intern at Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd and as a Lead Engineer at Alstom Power.

Saurabh Bansal holds a PGDHRM degree in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Saurabh also completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, graduating in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Class XII from Bal Bharti Public School CBSE and their Class X from Ramjas School. Saurabh also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified Engagement Expert from Aon Hewitt, completing an Instructional Design course from Vyaktitva, and obtaining an edX Verified Certificate for Strategy and the Sustainable Enterprise.
