Varda Wagter

Varda Wagter has a diverse work experience history. Starting with AIESEC in 2011, they worked on content development for a smartphone app to attract tourists in Hsinchu. In 2012, they joined Helios Solutions as a project manager and business developer. The following year, they interned at Vodafone Deutschland, focusing on customer experience and concepts. From 2013 to 2014, Wagter worked as a customer service advisor for ANWB in various countries. In 2015, they participated in the New Business Challenge as a finalist, collaborating with Dutch companies to identify sustainable investment opportunities in Ghana. Since 2016, Wagter has been with Hilti Nederland BV, where they have held several roles, including management trainee, specialist in software and services, and product manager. Currently, they serve as the head of solution marketing.

Varda Wagter began their education at the University of Amsterdam in 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in European Studies in 2011. After that, in 2011, they attended Université Lumière Lyon 2 and completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. In 2013, Varda enrolled at Radboud University for a Premaster's program in Business Administration and Management, which they completed in 2014. Varda subsequently pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Radboud University from 2014 to 2015.
