Andri Furrer is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within Hilti. Currently serving as the Head of National Sales at Hilti Switzerland since January 2024, Andri is part of the Executive Management Team, overseeing a team of over 65 employees and driving long-term strategic initiatives for sales and market share growth. Previously, Andri was the Sales Director at Hilti Sweden, where responsibilities mirrored those in Switzerland, managing a similar team and focusing on strategic sales execution. Andri's career at Hilti also includes roles such as Head of Solution Marketing and Area Sales Manager for the Romandie region, alongside earlier experience in quality management and media. Andri holds a Master of Arts in Marketing from the University of St. Gallen.
