Raffael Gurschler

Raffael Gurschler currently serves as the Team Leader for Inside Sales Account Management at Hilti Schweiz, focusing on market coverage and SME customer service within the Swiss market since March 2023. Prior to this role, Raffael was a Franchise Partner at mein.morgengold, where a franchise-based food delivery service specializing in pastry and breakfast products was developed from September 2021 to February 2023. Raffael also held significant positions at Blum Group, first as Sales & Market Development Director, overseeing operations in 14 countries, and previously as Sales & Customer Success Specialist, managing relationships and training within the Eastern Europe/Central Asia region. Early experience includes roles such as Sales Assistant at Steinkellner China Search and Director of Corporate Relations at AIESEC in Austria. Raffael has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Arts in Slavic Studies from Universität Innsbruck and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on International Management and Leadership at FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences.
