Moses Ender has extensive experience in battery technology and development, currently serving as Group Manager for Battery Development at Hilti Group since January 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing battery pre-development and industrialization. Prior roles at Hilti include management positions in cordless systems and battery research, where Moses managed interdisciplinary teams, set strategic directions for battery technologies, and ensured successful project delivery. Earlier experience includes working as an R&D Project Manager, leading research initiatives, and structuring battery technology efforts as a Research Engineer. Prior to joining Hilti, Moses worked as a Research Assistant at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, focusing on microstructural investigations of porous electrodes for energy storage devices. Moses holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, as well as a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Karlsruhe. Additional academic experience includes a position as a visiting researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
