Peter Rupp

Peter Rupp is the Head of Corporate Sustainability at Hilti Group, a role held since 2020, where they are passionate about making a sustainable difference to the environment, people, and society. Prior to this, Peter served as EVP and Head of Business Unit Installation Systems and Head of Business Unit Construction Services at Hilti Group from 2010 to 2018. They also held senior positions at ABB, including VP of Marketing, Business Development, and Communications in the Power Systems Division and SVP of Sales and Marketing for Substations from 2005 to 2007. Peter earned a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Universität St. Gallen-Hochschule für Wirtschafts-, Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften and a Post-degree Diploma in Engineering from Fachhochschule Winterthur.
