Phaedra Hansen has a diverse professional background with experience in sales, customer service, and fleet management. Phaedra began a career at Starbucks as a Store Manager from March 2005 to April 2008. Subsequently, Phaedra served as a Sales Consultant at Leading Edge Communications from July 2009 to October 2010. Following this, Phaedra worked at Hilti New Zealand as a Customer Service Representative from November 2010 until March 2017, and currently holds the position of Fleet Management Local Process Expert at Hilti Group since March 2017.
