Vlad Ivan has extensive experience in sales and business development, primarily within Hilti companies. Vlad served as Business Developer Sales Strategy and SAP Process Expert for Hilti Italia from April 2013 to December 2016, focusing on customer engagement strategy across eleven Southern European countries and leading successful SAP implementations. From January 2017 to December 2020, Vlad took on the role of Regional Sales Manager at Hilti Romania, overseeing Account Managers, managing P&L results, and developing major customer accounts. Vlad continued to progress within Hilti Romania, becoming National Sales Director, managing a large salesforce and leading a significant profit and loss organization. Since August 2024, Vlad holds the position of Global Solution Selling Manager at Hilti Group, responsible for implementing SAP S/4 Cloud and enhancing service-oriented solution selling.
