Jacob Pedersen

Jacob Pedersen serves as the Regional Managing Director Nordics at Hilton Foods since July 2022, after previously holding the position of Regional Operations Director for Meat & Convenience Europe. Prior to this, Jacob was the Managing Director at Hilton Foods Danmark A/S from August 2010 to June 2022, overseeing strategy, business development, sales, and full P&L responsibility while providing meat supply solutions to Coop's stores. Jacob's earlier experience includes a role as Sales & Operations Manager for 14 Kvickly stores and various managerial positions within Kvickly from July 1999 to August 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management Development from Copenhagen Business School and a Board Academy degree from CBS Executive Fonden.
