Brenda Caraballo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and operations in the hospitality and beauty industries. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Account Management at Hilton Grand Vacations since June 2021, Brenda has a strong background with Vistana Signature Experiences, where roles included Operations Specialist in Brand, Communications & Creative Resources and Senior Account Manager for Digital Projects. Brenda's career began at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Public Relations Associate, where responsibilities included managing press requests and coordinating special events. Brenda holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, earned between 1991 and 1993.
