Caterina Rovati

Caterina Rovati serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV). In this position, Ms. Rovati is responsible for leading business transformations that guide the company’s growth through strategic planning, innovation, competitive intelligence, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining HGV, Ms. Rovati led the global business advisory and communications departments at Marriott International, where she drove a wide range of strategic initiatives.

Previously, Ms. Rovati served for 14 years in management consulting at Bain & Company, where she spearheaded the development of the travel and leisure practice. In this role, she advised a variety of companies within the hospitality, transportation and restaurant industries on a diverse set of priorities, including corporate and customer strategy, brand architecture and customer experience.

Ms. Rovati holds a master’s degree in general management and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Bocconi University in Milan.
