Derek De Salvia is Senior Vice President of Sales Operations & Business Development at Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV). Mr. De Salvia is responsible for leading the company’s global sales operations, strategic priorities and business development. In addition, he oversees sales and marketing training & compliance as well as HGV Ultimate Access, the company’s one-of-a-kind experiential events platform.

Prior to joining HGV in 2019, Mr. De Salvia served as Vice President of Sales at Disney Vacation Club, where he led the organization’s entire network of sales channels during a pivotal time for the company. With a track record of enhancing operations to exceed company goals, Mr. De Salvia has spent more than 20 years leading large sales departments, with a focus on innovation and growth in alignment with companywide strategic priorities.

Mr. De Salvia holds a master’s degree in management and human resources and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida.
