Hala Dandash

Hala Dandash, PMP, MSHRD, currently serves as the Director of Culture & Engagement at Hilton Grand Vacations since March 2024. Previously, Hala held the title of Director of Learning & Development at Bluegreen Vacations, focusing on enhancing leadership development and resort operations training. Additional experience includes a role as Manager of Learning and Development at Travel + Leisure Co., where Hala contributed to the implementation of Workday Learning LMS and supported global partners. Hala's career also includes various positions at Wyndham Destinations, Pearson, Peabody Hotels and Resorts, and Marriott International, highlighting a strong background in learning and development, instructional design, and talent management. Hala holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Human Resource Development from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
