Jackie Kelley is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT strategy and leadership within the vacation and airline industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technical Product Strategy at Hilton Grand Vacations, Jackie has a proven track record in managing IT demand and prioritizing projects based on business needs since January 2017. Previous roles include various directorial positions at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, where Jackie successfully delivered a new travel club product and implemented integrated technologies, as well as positions at Starwood Vacation Ownership and Delta Air Lines, focusing on business analysis, project management, and revenue optimization.
