Jackie Wilson

Jackie Wilson is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in hotel operations and guest services. Currently serving as Director of Club & Owner Services at Hilton Grand Vacations since October 2019, Jackie manages a large team across multiple contact centers and is responsible for significant revenue targets, successfully transitioning teams to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous roles include Corporate Director of Hotel Operations at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where Jackie led key initiatives and pre-opening operations for new properties. Experience also includes corporate management positions at Diamond Resorts™, Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel, and Marriott Hotels, with a strong focus on enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiencies. Jackie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration and a Certificate of Revenue Management from Cornell University.
