Kelli Meyers

Kelli Meyers is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition for Sales & Marketing at Hilton Grand Vacations since March 2025, Kelli previously held the position of Fractional Vice President of Talent Acquisition at SayCom Staffing, where the focus was on healthcare executive staffing solutions. Prior roles include Head of Global Talent Acquisition Enablement Programs at Qurate Retail Group, where Kelli established the first Global Talent Acquisition operations team, and Head of Talent Acquisition at CGB Enterprises, Inc., where a full-service Talent Acquisition team was developed from scratch. Kelli also contributed to Ochsner Health System as the Talent Acquisition Director, leading initiatives for employer branding and recruitment. Earlier in the career, Kelli gained diverse experience as a recruiter in sales and aerospace sectors. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Pre-Law from Spring Hill College.
