Kellyn Highfield

Kellyn Highfield, CRME, currently serves as the Regional Revenue Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in revenue management from roles at Westgate Resorts and NDM Hospitality. Previously, Kellyn held various positions at Meliá Hotels International, including Front Office and Reservations Manager, and gained foundational guest service skills as a Reservations Agent and Guest Services Associate. Earlier career experience includes serving as Lead Scorekeeper at Ice Factory of Central Florida and as a Guest Services Associate at Paramount Hospitality Management, LLC. Kellyn earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Meeting and Event Planning from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2017.
