Lisa Gilfoy

Lisa Gilfoy has an extensive background in customer care and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Marketing - Customer Care, Activations, and Concierge at Hilton Grand Vacations since 2005. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Customer Care at HGVC and Director of Customer Care, Activations and Concierge at the same company from 2005 to 2012. Earlier in her career, Lisa held the position of Director of Call Center Operations at Trendwest Resorts and served as a Senior Sales Manager at MVCI and Marriott Vacation Club International. Additionally, Lisa contributed to the development of young athletes as the Varsity Softball Coach at Resurrection High School from 1991 to 1998. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Northern Illinois University, completing studies from 1987 to 1991, following a foundational education at Resurrection High School from 1983 to 1986.
